How does the course work?
The course is entirely online - managers can learn at their own pace and via PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone. Managers who complete the course will have access to an online toolkit which gives them instant advice on the main challenges they face.
The course has four

Contain conflict by having those difficult conversations with your staff when problems start to arise.

Resolve conflict by learning how and when to respond to challenging situations.
Resolving conflict in your team
Build lasting solutions for conflict situations between your staff members by learning how to find common ground.
