Who we are

Our website address is: https://skilledmanagers.org. Skilled Managers - Productive Workplaces is a training intervention for managers. Developed in partnership by the Universities of Sheffield and Westminster and the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (Acas), it is the core element of a research project* funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC). The project seeks to evaluate the impact of such training on managerial capability and confidence, employee engagement and productivity using a 'gold standard' research design.
